The Suite with City View provided a nice glimpse of the bustling surroundings, spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The design had modern touches that added a certain charm.
The AC struggled to cool down the room properly, hovering around 16 degrees without providing relief during hot nights. A leakage problem was also noted, as water dripped continually while in use, raising concerns about the system’s reliability. The bath was limited to only sporadic hot water, with interruptions from a failing heater, affecting both shower and tub experiences. Efforts to reach out for help were made late, but there were still disappointments with functionality.

Loved the unique decor and the cozy vibe in the Suite with City View. Enjoying fresh towels was a nice touch too. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Town, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. However, housekeeping didn’t clean the room during our four-night stay, which was disappointing. We lacked fresh glasses and toiletries, given the high rating of the hotel. Navigating all the stairs with suitcases was a workout, and the absence of an elevator made it tough, especially when checking out at 10 am. That felt a bit rushed. Overall, the hotel had potential with its charming features, but basic maintenance and service attention need improvement.

The location was perfect, allowing me to immerse myself in the local culture just steps outside my door. The complimentary water and luxury toiletries. I loved the quiet ambiance at night, despite being in such a bustling area. The sound insulation was excellent!

Family with Children Perfect Stay
It was great being right in the middle of everything , felt like we were living the local life. The staff was beyond helpful-I needed a room on the ground level because my daughter had her knees a bit messed up , and they sorted it all out for us quickly.
It wasn’t cheap , but given the location and service, I'd say it's acceptable.

The room had a cozy coffee maker and a kettle, making mornings super easy! I really enjoyed chilling by the pool and unwinding at the spa after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was that the AC didn't cool as much as I'd hoped, but it didn't ruin my vibe. 😊
